The existing lot, at only 23 feet wide and fronting both Cary and Parkwood, required a unique solution. The narrowness of the site proposed challenges to natural light, building setbacks and access to the units. The solution was to subdivide the lot allowing for two independent three-story duplexes. Each of the four units include three-bedroom apartments meeting our client’s desire to maximize density.
