This handsome fellow, Beren, is the official Johannas Design Group office dog! He works hard to bring smiles to everyone while he dutifully receives head scratches and belly pats. You might meet him the next time you visit!

New Fan infill housing proposal in partnership with Lion's Paw Development! The building would feature a three-story mixed-use building that includes 14 apartments above commercial space. The design is inspired by the existing neighborhood fabric.

Throwback Thursday brings us back in time to the former Eclipse Laundry building on West Main St. in the Fan.

Built around 1900, the property has since transformed into commercial space on the first floor and luxury apartments on the second floor.

Construction is wrapping up on this gorgeous, well-outfitted stable and barn!
