THE DETAILS

When renovating the former Joy Garden restaurant, the project drew from the emerging energy of  Scott’s Addition. The style, progressively modern with Pacific Rim influences, remains a tribute to the former establishment. Through an extreme renovation, demolishing the primary corner yielded the prominent steel and glass beacon. Upon entry, an exquisite bar area and a visibly open kitchen are the focus, and a wall of glass doors opens to a patio carved from an interior space.
