Consisting of three buildings, 1000, 1004 and 1006 W Franklin St., these multi-family residences include two historic rehabilitation tax credit projects flanking a new infill construction. The new building at 1004 W Franklin will match the historic character of the district while providing additional housing in the VCU area.
